• Check the Examples for ideas on combining data items and configuring chart options.
• Try both the line and bar chart types to visualise the data.
• Add or remove multiple data items onto the chart by using the data categories selector.
• The data items in the data categories selector are divided into groups. All the items in a group can be added by clicking the group heading.
• Data items on the chart can be shown or hidden by clicking on the chart legends. This can also help when looking at multiple data items with a wide range of values.
• Hover over or click the data points on the chart to see the values of the data items for that year.
• If the data items selected have a wide range of values, the Logarithmic Scale can help show the range of values.
• A limitation of the Logarithmic scale is it cannot show negative values and these are rendered as zero. However, the data point label still shows the correct negative value.
• Copy the page url to save or share the chart. A custom title query parameter can be added to the url.
